PROPERTY CONTROLS
The inspection visits to your property ensure the quality and preservation of your property in your absence. We inspect a number of points, such as exteriors:
– Inspection of the property’s external environment
– Checking water points
– Exterior lighting check
– Checking mailboxes
– Checking roof tiles (in case of strong wind)
– Vehicle inspection if necessary
– Gate check
For the interiors we check :
– Alarm system
– All locking points (shutters, windows, garage door)
– Internet box and electricity
– The kitchen
– The refrigerator
– Valves
– For parasites
– Bathroom
– Flushing the toilet
– Room ventilation
We offer this service as an annual package: 1 or 2 visits per month, depending on your preferences, and we contact you again at the end of the inspection.
rental management
For rental management, Bastion d’Azur works with local and foreign real estate agencies, guaranteeing you quality tenants. We do our utmost to ensure that your tenants’ stay is as pleasant as possible:
– Organization of the rental of your villa with professional photographer
– Welcoming tenants and introducing the property
– Services offered to tenants during their stay
– Laundry care
– Cleaning before and after tenants’ arrival
To guarantee the security of your keys, we can provide you with a key safe at your property. What’s more, we keep duplicate keys in a secure safe out of sight. This key management allows us to welcome tenants without disturbing you, and to use them during renovation work or inspection visits.
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
We take care of all activities related to the day-to-day running of your property. Our services include coordination with the French administration for your taxes, management of telephone services, translation of documents into English, our presence at general meetings and forwarding your mail.
In addition, we organize and follow up your appointments, manage annual overviews, search for companies or service providers, make medical appointments and deal with requests for tax reduction. We also process all your orders and write any necessary
letters.
